Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CozyPix (pix.bytecozy.com), a service provided by ByteCozy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us").

1. The service

CozyPix is a browser-based tool to compress, resize and convert image files. Processing happens on your device. A free plan and paid Pro passes are offered as described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

You need an email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Payments

Pro passes are one-time purchases giving access for a fixed period (30 or 365 days) from the moment payment is confirmed. They do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Antom (Ant International) via Alipay or WeChat Pay; your wallet may show the amount converted to your local currency.

5. Acceptable use

You must only process images you have the right to use, and must not use CozyPix for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer around plan limits, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". Keep your original files — we do not store copies. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
