We want you to be happy with CozyPix. Try the free plan first to make sure it works for your images.

• 7-day money-back guarantee: email hello@bytecozy.com within 7 days of purchase with your account email and order ID, and we will refund the full amount.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (Alipay or WeChat Pay) via Antom, usually within 3–10 business days.
• When a refund is issued, the Pro time from that order is removed from your account.
• If you were charged but Pro did not activate, contact us and we will fix it or refund you right away.
• Passes never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
